Self-Pay is $120 per therapy hour, some sliding scale spots are available depending on availability and client’s need. Payment is due at the time of the service.  A superbill can be provided for insurance reimbursement in lieu of accepting insurance.

Emergencies

While I understand that emergencies can occur, as a solo practitioner, I am unable to provide emergency services or be available on an “on-call” basis. My practice does not include after-hours or crisis care.

Cancellation and No Show

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. You will be responsible for a no show/ cancellation fee if you cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours.
